The parmesan and truffle fries at Justin North's burger joint Charlie & Co. have created a new obsession for hungry Sydneysiders.The frantic crowds that swarmed Westfield Sydney when it first opened have now thankfully dissipated. We found no crowds when we visited midweek at 6pm, although the last-minute Christmas rush and Boxing Day
